Are my PDF files uploaded?
On-device tools keep document content in your browser, including forms, visual signing, redaction, local OCR, and local exports. Native server tools upload the chosen file after separate server confirmation. Hybrid OCR and external AI use the cloud only after the relevant confirmation. Limited usage metadata may be sent for local tools.
Do I need to create an account?
No. Every tool currently available can be used without signing up.
What access is available today?
Published tools can be used without an account. Browser memory and file complexity still limit very large jobs. AI features depend on service capacity.
When does Konvra use AI?
Third-party AI is used for confirmed summaries, document questions, translation, structured extraction, and applicable cloud OCR or vision. Local OCR runs in your browser; native server conversion and protection use a separate path.
How does processing actually work?
Browser-local tools operate on the device. Native server tools upload documents after server confirmation to a temporary worker with Internet access blocked. Hybrid tools recover text locally and may use confirmed cloud vision. AI tools send recovered text and task information to configured providers after disclosure. Output language is separate from website language.
